Coli Pokemon Gauntlet [R/B/Y & G/S/C]

Not sure if yall aware, but there is an emulator out there that lets you battle eachother on the older pokemon games as if you were hooked up with a game link cable. Its called TGB Dual

I was thinkin we could do some shyt with that where we all play the game for a certain amount of time tryin to make a squad, then start battling eachother to see who got the best crew. What yall think?

keep in mind this only work for Red/Blue/Yellow & Gold/Silver/Crystal. the first 2 Gens (the only 2 I give a shyt about) cus its a Gameboy/Gameboy Color emulator.

You will also need a "gaming chat client" called Evolve as it allows users to connect to eachother without giving away IP addresses

Evolve Website (Needed to join the Party)

Gameboy Online Gaming Party (Needed for the direct connection address)

Tutorial for TGB Dual L

Start it up then click "Slot2 (T)" and go into netplay.

Click the button next to the "This" and select your rom (G/S/C or R/B/Y).
You dont have to set the "Other" option

have evolve running and be in the gameboy online gaming chat, it will give you a unique IP address specifically for gaming (its not your real one)

If you will be hosting a game (so others can connect to you)

check "server" then select the IP address you were given through Evolve and choose a port. then click connection start

If you are connecting to someone elses hosted game.

Look for their address on Evolve and ask them what port they have open

Click client on the TGB connection setup menu and type in their address aswell as port

Then click connection start.

right now its whenever you feel ready, good for leveling up. maybe in a month or so we will have like a contest or something. when everybody got they squad settled in

because, Evolve gives you a LAN IP specifically for directly connecting to games without having to use your real one. Discord does not.

Its similar to how Hamachi & Tunngle work. except its easier to configure which is why I chose Evolve.

this has a discord though. but I figured if I posted it then nobody would download Evolve thinking they didnt need it.
