Coli Power Rankings/Top 25's

I'm here at the office trying to find a tool or a program that can embed or link into a message board or forum which allows you to create a power ranking or top 25 based upon a set of individual rankings(average) or some other way
Anyone know of a site?

If there isn't one then my IT/Programming Brehs need to hop on this cause this will kill
Imagine us being able to come in on Sunday after the weeks college football games and be able to have a 'Coli' top 25
Or Tuesday after all the football games are done...a way for us all to submit our own power rankings individually and it averages everyone's out and gives us a 'Coli Power Rankings'
The program will in a way tally up all the info and create a link that you could embed in a forum
Think of all the forums that would use this tool for one way or another
Video Games/Sports/Movies etc...
Just think of all the things it could be used for

You cannot tell me that no one has thought of this shyt already

Im going to ask my programmers here at my company about this
there could be lots of money made in this idea
just need someone who knows what they are doing

Even as a message board
the level of interaction and innovation it will add to any would be piff​

See we could have a panel each year broken down between conference stans like 4 for each 1
there could be balance
and a panel in each poll could weed out the possibility of trolls​
