Remember there was talks of him potentially fighting Lennox or Tyson back in 03..Wish we could've gotten at least one of those

What a performance..Closest thing we'll ever get to a modern day Ali :wow:
jones vs lewis would have been huge money!!!
tyson v jones as expected..big $.

Could see how much he had slipped in this fight. Much slower, barely throwing. But still elite enough to wash this nikka.

Love
in the first round Ruiz wants to set the tone with his power shots to the body, welcoming Jones to the heavyweight division. By the 2nd round Roy Jones is taking control of the tempo. By 5th round Roy Jones is gloating. Absolutely masterful display

Greatest one fight performance in my lifetime. Ruiz went on to beat most of the heavyweights in that era. Roy should have retired after this & went in the history books the 3rd greatest fighter of all time.

Damn, I wish Roy would've hung up the gloves after this masterpiece. He let Milkdud Tarver bait him into a fight.
