Hey everybody, I know there's a lot of fatbodies on here wondering how they're going to lose weight. The truth is, your obesity is the physical manifestation of food addiction, a mental disorder. There's NO WAY to beat addiction in the brain. The only thing you can do is replace it with another addiction. For food addicts with the goal of beating obesity you must replace food addiction with fitness addiction and food aversion.

That's all for now.

I'm not advocating anorexia or bulimia. Saying "no thanks" to more food than you need (which is actually a lot less than one would think) is not anorexia or bulimia.

Food addicts view eating as a recreational activity and as a coping mechanism. That has to stop if the goal is to reverse the effects of food addiction/obesity. The only way to stop it is to replace the compulsion to eat with a compulsion to work out.

Food needs to rewire their brains so that food is only seen as a fuel as opposed to a treat.

Okay, because you sound like one. I was just making sure.

But yeah, you have to understand the mind of an addict. The psychological compulsive force is there and it's not going away. The effects of food addiction are so extreme that the only way to overcome it is to counter it with an equally extreme dedication to fitness and food aversion. That's the only way. Even surgery can't overcome food addiction.
