(COLI SHOE HAWKS) Someone help me find a pair of these old shoes

Was looking for a pair of basic white-ish shoes and found these instead; but the aftermarket chick sold them($40) and I can't find anymore.
(There are others for sale but they are the wrong color.)

I think that's a woman's colorway, so depending on your shoe size you may be out of luck
