let's just say
hypothetically

that you are planning a mission
and to cover your tracks with,um authorities

you want to leave your cell phone at home and have it make calls and have calls sent to it so that it pings offtowers near your home
so that if checked
you will have proof
that you were nowhere near thesupposed area

you need to not involve anyone else
so you dont want to have someone stay at your crib and make calls to establish your whereabouts
cause you cant trust that person not to flip on you

so in short
an app that you can have make calls at a scheduled time
with out you being there to use the phone

There are actually a few apps out that allow you to make remote phone calls from your PC...as far as scheduling phone calls .
