At the height of the colis rep wars, this man would give stimulus rep packages, and often times the people who this were hated and not apart of any rep groups, thus upsetting the natural order of reps. However, he did not stop there. After forcing users who had their rep disabled rock a pink rep bar, he eventually mega negged every person on the board and had them so deep in red no one can return. Did I mention he does all of this without a single warning?

Say what you want, but this guy gets my vote. Reason being, he is a troll that is TRULY hated. Somewhere along the years of the internet we(people who post on forums) have forgotten that trolls are susposed to be HATED.
Unlike the other contestants on the list who still have a large fan base(some larger than others) m167 is truly hated for no other reason because of his trolling. And at the end of the day, that's what true trolling is all about. amen.
