What is the best company to get your cdl from? Ik alot of companies help you get a cdl if you drive with them for a year, which are thr best ones?

Also do I just call the company and a week later Im practicing with them or do I have to wait like a year or something and wait for them to have an opening?

I'm a bus driver so idk but make sure u hit the gym because you are gonna gain hella weight unless you eat salads all day. And they are going to check your health before giving you your Medical Examiner's Certificate

I work out on the truck on my bed. I have a full workout with just body weight and I also have dumbbells.
