I don't really understand the concept of rich people going to the mall. 
At a certain wealth level it should be somebody's job description to go shopping for you. They shouldn't be in a position where random people can just come and talk to them.
If it's a matter of recreation they've got to be far better places that their money allows them to go take walks than the public mall.
