I was going to post this video in the coliseum but after Stephen A Smith dropped some life knowledge on how to look good to employers as a black man. I think this is the appropriate place to post it.

Many a time I see a smart black man walk into our company and never gets the job because they have revealing tats or dreads.

Of course the employer is not going to tell you why he didn't give you the job but I'm no fool I can tell smart people when I see them

i dont take people with tats as serious as i do someone without. i actually look at some of my friends turned akwaintences like losers because of their poor decision making skills. big crosses on their arm at the same time their at the bar dropping roofies in chicks drinks banging them raw and impreggnating them on purpose only to not tell them it was them. shyt like that

tats let you know who to stay away from and shows whos brain is simpler since they get all excited about shytty markings like a dog with a bone
