collective bargaining agreement.....NBA Did the owners mess up?

It seems to me that the new collective bargaining agreement Is a problem because of now you really cannot keep a great team together if you draft them (Thunder) and you cannot really trade for big contracts (Bulls) without going into the tax.


Now you have to do super smart deals to fill out your team and as we know some FO are not to good at that and can set your team back for years with dumb contracts...(Knicks,Nets)...
