I mean its not some rinky dink letter i got, its from the university, official letter head and everything, inviting me to join and i looked up the website and every looked 100, but i dunno, shyt doesnt seem real

The outside world only respects the Big Four: Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi, Sigma Xi or Tau Beta Pi. You also have your discipline-based honor societies, but *everybody* knows those four. Two-year schools also have Phi Theta Kappa, which is a great thing, but it doesn't mean much once you become a junior. It looks great when you transfer to a four-year school, though. I'd pass on this one.

Yeah im about to complete my last class at the community college in 2 days and then in 2 weeks i start at the University of New Mexico. But i got this letter and thought I mean my grades arent wack at all, in my degree i got 3.47 and overall a 3.29
