Beginning of the school year in August is absolutely the worst
I remember one day it was so packed in the morning, there had to be police escorts for people to park in a nearby golf club
And even if I would come early it wouldn't matter. Would literally spend 30 min driving around campus for a parking space
Now that October is almost here, the add/drop deadline approaching, the parking is down right amazing
Can wait till November when the parking would be even better
