Just by proximity. College educated blacks are more likely to be around whites while their HS counterparts are not. Studying at CAC U then getting a job at CAC inc then maybe moving to CACville USA, these stats make sense.

Makes sense, College educated black folk statistically make more money the high school educated ones. Which means nicer cars, nicer houses, shopping at nicer stores, etc. which leads to more suspicious and jealous white people.
Also the obligatory

I have an English Professor from India and she had everyone meet her this week to discuss grades. Anyway this one comment has stuck with me since our meeting. She told me "Your Mother should be proud she raised a respectable man, You're not aggressive or combative"

Black, Blue collar workers typically work with people of the same race. So they may have an run in with a boss or even a customer, but less infrequently. When you’re in Corporate it’s your white boss, coworkers, security guards etc and you gotta deal with them everyday.
I absolutely can say that this is true, as expected. Of course they gone scrutinize even more those of us that don't fit neatly into their preconceived notions of us.
It warms my heart deeply to know that some of the many cacs I bested in college probably consoled themselves by telling themselves I was only there because of "affirmative action".
