This is an ingenious idea & the Pizza doesn't look too bad, but these Pizza vending machines internal & mechanical parts are probably going to be filled with all kinds of dirt, dust & nasty contaminates over time.

i get pizzas from gas stations and frozen food isles so i wouldnt be opposed to this on a lazy day

If the vending company can clean & sterilize the internal components on a consistent basis then I also wouldn't have a problem eating Pizza from a vending machine like this as long as it tasted good.

There's always inherent risks whenever you purchase food anywhere, but I'd rather see & have my Pizza being prepared & placed into a oven by Joe Schmo vs dealing with a new concept like Pizza vending kiosks which might have not been internally cleaned or properly maintained for weeks or months on end.
