i personally always thought the entire "safe space" movement was pretty silly...not that people privately shouldn't create groups of like minded individuals (organized by race/gender/experiences etc), but the push to pressure schools etc to create them as well.

How long were black people excluded from college entirely and to this day suffer from longterm economic disenfranchisement and white supremacy?
