I doubt it's possible for black men to travel at higher rates anywhere in Columbia than white men. Not because of some issue of morality, just a matter of population and sheer numbers.
That being said...a lot of the "passport bro" movement consists of black men who aren't afraid to say they're going out there to buy p*ssy. My general view is that most men - be they white or black - go to Columbia to party and have fun, not to fukk escorts.

I’ve been all over the world and the word gets around about certain spots be it a club, hotel beach etc to check out. For example.
Whoremongers know to go to the York Club in Dubai for a multi ethic selection of whores and the pass the word or so I’ve heard in these streets.
Gatekeeping whoremongers will tel you to go to the York Club in Dubai between midnight and 2am when whores get desperate about finding a trick so they reduce their prices or so I’ve heard in the streets.
