Nothing. It's too late. We are all pawns on a chessboard. Colonial tethers. Most black culture in America was birth from white institutions. We adapted to an white environment, but it still has cac DNA. Churches in African countries all birthed from Colonialism. Modern capitalism = colonialism because white people control damn near all of it. Brazilians speak Portuguese. White people mixed with the indigenous populations in central America which is why they all mostly speak Spanish. Native Americas were damn near wiped out. The word Africa was invented by an Italian. White people resurrected Hebrew and turned Jewish into an ethnicity. Nigeria was named by a British Journalist. In fact 1/3 of African countries have colonial names. 80% of african country borders were drawn by white people. India and Pakistan.. white people. Very few countries have little to no colonial ties.

No one "adapted" to a white environment. That's what systematic oppression is my guy. Design systems to keep certain people up and certain people down and when the people that are down start making their way up, change the rules and grandfather in the people that are already up.

And a lot of states and cities are named after English royalty and Europeans who funded the expedition but on the flip side the majority of North America is named after Native American tribes and words.

all these so called sovereign countries and their diasporans enabled it and let them do it and get away with it. not 13% of a population.

It's generations of indoctrination and programming, until it becomes natural to the next generation. History rewritten or erased. The Rwanda genocide never made sense to me. You have white people colonize a population, then turn one group of people against another, and the descendants of the oppressed blame other black people and kill them.
Over the past 100 years any leader that has tried to actually decouple their country from the colonial matrix has either been assassinated, overthrown, or called a brutal dictator.
Iran is a prime example. Their leader tried to nationalize their oil and England/U.S. had him overthrown and inserted their won dictator puppet, which lead to their revolution which is now present day Iran. But most people don't know that. All they see is "terrorist". China is an enemy because they figured out a way to adapt and create their own. But China also has a history that's preserved going back thousands of years. Pre colonialism.

The only way black people have survived in the U.S. is by adapting I can name 5 off the top of my head

1. Christianity (European style not Ethiopian) The modern black church
2. English language. And to take it a step further the N word
3. Surnames. Most black Americans carry slave names
4. Western traditions such as holidays. I white co-worker ask how was I going to celebrate St. Patrick Day. I looked her dead in the eye and told her, "I don't know, I'm not Irish and have never been to Ireland".
5. Food. Most traditional southern food came from Slavery, developed from the scraps white people didn't eat. Which a mix of native American and other cultures.
6. Clothing. Early on black Americans adopted white clothing because that's all they knew.
Black culture is derived from surviving/adapting to white culture. Hell, our previous generation fought to integrate with white culture.
White people owned black music. Including hip hop. Sampling was part of hip hop since day 1. But the white people who owned the masters (pun intended), started bleeding artists. And now in 2026, white people own the streaming platforms.
Lastly, this map shows where the majority of black people live in the U.S.

1. all of them are confederate states
2. All of them have been Republican/conservative states for decades.
