After the acclaimed project "BHP" Cyhi has put himself on the radar as a mc/lyricist who should be respected. But for some reason, a lot of dj's/gate keepers still want to deny him. Yo, he has over 200,000 downloads of Black Hystori.

Very few artists can hit that mark for downloads.

Selling Points

1)He's funny
2) Cy is energetic
3) He will BURN the fukking house down on your podcast w/ a live performance as seen on Sway.
4) His affiliation w/ Ye & why Ye keeps him as a trusted ear for his work
5) He probably has stories that will be memorable.

Well Reg, the fans are waiting for this moment that Cy gets to be in the hot seat and he has already been on Sway and Skee. But for some reason a lot of dj's just keep lagging on CY, he has close to 100 songs out that aren't freestyles w/ original production. He has a few freestyle tapes, he's put in work for over a decade, he has a history at Def Jam. Seems to me like a no brainer.

Yo Cy fans, let's make this happen…let Combat Jack KNOW it is way past due for Cy to be introduced to the world who doesn't know him on the CJS show.

I don't know how you can say this. You are a admirer of lyricists, are you not? I think he could impress KANE, Nas & Puba. It doesn't matter if you are a fan, he has fukking skills, did you see his performance on Sway w/ Mandela?

You can dislike him but you can't deny his ability, Vlad.

IS that the real dj vlad? i thought he was just giving homage to "Vlad the Impaler" the inspiration for "Dracula" In any event, I'd like to see Cyhi just drop something new on a show like that live on the microphone w/ Dj spinning the instrumental, again, I think people would notice a bit if something like that went down. Even if you hate Cy, a lot of people from the south would be inspired hearing his story, even his shyt he just throws out there for freestyles is dope.

That would be an episode I skip. He has never released an album and probably never will. He's not worthy of being the main guest on the show, maybe a 10 minute joint like Boaz or whatever his name is got

Are you crazy? His story is inspiring, maybe it needs to be a shorter episode, but he could hold down 40 minutes and as far as not releasing an album, that doesn't determine an artist's worth. He has 5 mix tapes in the past 5 years ALL ORIGINAL material, all ORIGINAL production. BHP was basically an album, if you didn't notice it. If you want to be technical, Cyhi's first album is Black Hystori.

For anyone to not acknowledge the artistry of Black Hystori, that's insane to me. All you have to do is listen to the intro and realize that "So Appalled" feature rapper? He's in another stratosphere, he's evolved into a songwriter.

What i keep saying is that @CombatJack gotta have Irv Gotti & another one with Ice-T. There's others too. But those 2 specifically.

But like i said before, if you have Irv Gotti you gotta let him talk but direct him like you did Ben Baller. BUT, dont focus on just Jay-Z. I love Combat Jack but they be dikkriding Jay-Z & Biggie cuz of the Brooklyn thing too much. I like both but they ain't gods, they just 2 talented emcees. I wanna hear just as much about DMX as i wanna hear about Jay-Z. Same with Ja Rule & Murda Inc. And stories with all of them together even (ie Hard Knock Life tour, studio session, rare gems, Survival Of The Illest, random shows etc and then talk about his stance on the whole Dame vs Lyor thing cuz he still rolls with Lyor but is still very cool with Dame..)

Ice-T is obviously an OG and is really a real smart cat. Dude is not some dumb dude. He can converse and at least explain his thoughts & reasonings very well. Plus, again, he has the long ass history.
