In reality though, I don't see why all these fukk ass companies need to put caps on any of this shyt (well, actually I do see, as it's Capitalism and Greed). Unlimited should be the only rate period and only speed limits should be set in place. I don't recall landline phones having "minute" plans outside of long-distance and even then, there was packages to get that stored in rather than by-the-minute, yet cell phones wanna govern ya shyt. U.S. rates for innnanet rates in the US are already fukking us over enough ass is compared to the rest of the world and yet they wanna double dip on us with even more fukk ass prices with outrageous net fees on the mobile devices as well.
