Hmmm this is a good question. I don’t have any fitness goals right now. I’m fine with how I look as is. Obviously there are some nice looking bodies that I could achieve with additional hard work, and a change in diet but I’m not interested in doing more than what I’m doing now and I don’t see myself changing my diet to something more restrictive because realistically I wouldn’t eat that way forever. My body looks better than childless women in their twenties despite having a child and being older. I’m active and fit and maintaining my weight and that is good as it gets for me. I do think fit pear bodies are the goat though—I’m hour glass.
