Hogan has always been the GOAT and internet nerds always been wanting him to wrestle like Bret Hart or Shawn Michaels, Chris Benoit... idk... they want the Hulkster to do head scissors and the Whisper in the Wind. Hogan is the best ever because the whole thing is just for show and nobody got more over for longer.
