Obviously I'm making Peter Parker black if you told the story of a kid from forest hills, there's a good chance he's black.

Clark Kent being Hispanic would be incredibly interesting. The story of an alien from outer space raised in Kansas to be the very best of us and who we can and should be. Making him hispanic would be very dope and bring a lot of complexity to that story.

Professor X and Magneto = black as well. Just go all the way with the Martin Luther King, jr. v Malcolm X allegory.

Moon Knight is probably one of the most obvious or likely race bends.

As is, he's a white jew who takes on mercenary work in Egypt and more or less stumbles upon archaeological plot device that makes him the chosen champion of the Egyptian moon God

And then invests his money from his mercenary work to come back to the states as rich white guy who does the crime fighting thing ala batman/green arrow/iron fist... but with the Egyptian god/lunar moon powers/split personality twist..
