Commons 10th album drops in a month, anyone anticipating?

"Nobody's Smiling" is set to drop on the 22nd of July and I've barely heard a thing outside the below single, Def Jam fukking round again?



"Dreamer / Believer" was a dope album in my opinion, and outside of "UMC" and "Electric Circus" Common always comes correct so I'm hyped for this. It looks like Def Jam are literally just going to throw this shyt out there though.

Pre-Orders are up so it looks like the date is going to stick as well.

Yeah shyt was pretty out of the blue, especially with Def Jams track record recently.

Oh word? I might go back and check it out again then. Low key Common has one of the strongest discographys in Hip Hop in my opinion.

Common has one of the illest catalogs. He should be mentioned with the greats. I'm one of the few that liked "electric circus." Umc was his weakest album to me. But every other album is great to classic.

probably cheaper/wiser not to do a lot of promo that will eat into profits. he's got a solid fanbase and i'm fairly certain he performs a lot to so this sounds about right.

True, I was barely aware it was dropping until I googled it this morning though. Hopefully his fanbase comes to the party

probably has alot to do with No ID getting a deal there, and also producing the album..
