So I'd like to get more involved in the community in 2016, but I want to be strategic about it. In the past, I've worked at food depositories, soup kitchens, Habitat for Humanity, and some one-off stuff with work but that's it. Now I'd like to do something that will impact OUR community for sure.
What are some of the community activities you guys have been involved in? What charities do you donate to? Is anyone involved in service organizations (other than fraternities)?
I thought about Boys & Girls club, but the ones in my city seem to only be for summer.
