Company Flow - "Patriotism" appreciation thread

Not only did this come out over two decades before the clusterfukk we are in now, but it came out before the 9/11, Iraq War, Bush years ...


A nice reminder that the ugliness we see in America today was always lurking beneath the surface, even in the relatively pleasant 90s ...

You just gave me an album to listen to as I clean up the crib. This album was in constant rotation with me during the summer of '99.

I didn't appreciate this track tho until years later. My homie in college was a big fan of this track, I think he even did a presentation on it. He was always bumping this. Funny cuz he never even heard of Company Flow until I put him up on them (Funcrusher Plus is a top 10 fav album of mine), and like I said, I wasn't too big on Patriotism. Alot of went over my head at the time.

But the line we always bugged out on was "I'm fukking a blind hermaphrodite icon and convincing you that its justice"
