Having worked in a factory, in Illinois no less in the past, this isn't just about bathroom breaks. People would go in there and do blow, smoke trees, fukk, etc....

I've literally taken a daily 15 minute shyt break aside from my other two 15 minute union breaks for the past 13 years, at the telecom I'm at.. the party doesn't stop.
