This list is pretty dumb. For one, most of the photographers in this list are known either only on the Internet, have never published any books or had major exhibitions at museums or institutes (and no, Leica sponsored exhibitions in Leica stores to market Leica equipment don't count, sorry) and the other select few seem to be randomly picked figures from popular culture (Moby? Really?!). What about half the active members of Magnum doing documentary and street work, what about living legends like Saul Leiter (yes, he is STILL alive and active, he recently had an exhibition in Hamburg, Germany at the well-known Deichtorhallen), what about people like Andreas Herzau?

I peeped that, pretty funny. A lot of the people on the list are actually more popular (in general) then some of the people he or she mentioned......to me anyway but I didn't study photography. Anyway one of the homies Julian Berman made the list so I'm happy to be included in the same company.
