Eye Cue DA COLI GAWD
The new #12 is bold and black. Browns are back š
Kendrick stans keep pushing their agenda with TPAB. It's cool, but even they know this thread is true. Nothing much to offer here.
Lupe's shyt was actually dope, and I could understand why someone would trump that as their choice. To me Lupe's album was a great exhibition of lyrical ability and versatility. It's just not the complete and vast experience that Compton offers.
Wale... I love Wale's album. Positive themed joint that showcased a maturing and improving MC. He gets props from me for that. I'll look forward to his next joint.
Drake's shyt was .... lol do I even gotta go there? Fraud spitting fraud lyrics and concepts.
But Compton? Just wow... what was a good listen the first time around has now morphed into complete amazement for this project. The album is essentially perfect. No flaws. If oozes authenticity and sharpness.
Album brought the best out of everyone to the point Kendrick becomes sorta of an afterthought in the grand scheme of the album. I know alot dudes stan Kendrick and this isn't even a slight towards him. He represented well on the album but I think others clearly outshined him, and that's a credit the album as a whole.
