Spray this sh1t inside your computer case and then turn it on. If it still is causing problems then try refreshing the computer modem by dumping the router or modem in a bowl of olive oil.

If not then you need to tell someone to format your hard drive for you.

delete all your system files in your windows folder and you should have no problem at all
