Do yall know that the reason why the Soviet Union set up Noook missiles in Cuba for that missile crisis, which almost led to Noook War in the 60s was because the U.S. had set up noook missiles in Turkey a few months or so before, right on the Soviet Union's border.

So this positioning of weaponry is I would imagine why the noise is so loud and weird about Venezuela. Weird in the sense they are trying to say some random legislator, who never ran for Venezuelan President and who most of the country never heard about, is the "recognized transitional President", and all these countries are treating him like he's the 2nd Coming of Pitbull or something.
