DO SOMETHING about loose dogs and negligent dog owner before the inevitable maiming or death of somebody in your household. Just a matter of time before it happens.
My buddy told me there was a string of pits dying mysteriously in his neighborhood, after running around loose. hehehehehehe
Lowlife owners, who could barely feed themselves ,much less a dog.......got the point loud and clear. Just have to communicate with people in a language they understand.

came close to buying a friend’s pit...looked just like them lil pups but was brown and white tho w/ blue eyes and a pink nose...I could never get over the fact that I’d have to be cleaning/picking up shyt everyday tho

My neighbor had a mean ass Pit that hated me. I always thought he might eventually hop the fence. And if that were the case, I would have shot him as well with my 9mm. Not to mention that dog already bit my hand the one time I put it over the fence. Luckily, he got rid of the dog so the problem is solved.

Seriously. I get you are emotional, but what in the entire fukk? What person in there right mind would see a pitbull barking and running at them and say, "He's just a puppy, let me see what he wants"?
Also why would the neighbor just use rope to tie up a fukking PITBULL? Dog got what he deserved. If he survives I bet he won't be running up on strangers ever again.
