Conscious black should mean the following and nothing else:

understand that just off being black alone, you will generate jealousy, hatred.

when you understand the above, the focus should be on education. not just any education. but education that will bring u lots of money. and by lots of money, i mean starting ur own business. u are unlikely to make serious money working 9-5. its possible but rare.

also, teach ur kids to be arrogant. not arrogant to the point where they are hostile towards people, but arrogant knowing they are black. arrogant so they know to never put themselves in a position to be needing help from others. understand that arrogance is a twin of confidence. both are sired by Education and Experience.

and when you make it big, make it a point to educate other young black men so they can get on ur level as well. and if ur smart, u can even make money off their success, if/when they become successful

As far as I'm concerned, every little thing counts. If all you can do is drop a jewel on a young'n. That should give you a good feeling, more then listening to a motivational speech on Youtube.

There is no better feeling than helping a fellow black man/woman get ahead. Nothing comes close. This is all that matters. Seems like 2015 will be all about shyting on us because of high profile news stories of whites killing/mistreating us.
