They were hanging out together this weekend on Stewart Ave....supposedly this was taken this weekend.
What people dont understand is they never stopped being friends...They are together for all the kids birthday parties, graduations etc...So these pics may or may not mean the tour and new music is coming...
I still can't believe the culture has been forced to go almost a decade with no new Outkast material....
