Breh's help!! For the last few weeks, my stomach just won't stop bubbling! I was in orientation a few weeks back and "burpppppp.....blloooooooooooooooooooooo".......shyt is ridiculous. Woke up this morning and I couldn't even go back to sleep b/c the sound and tightness was keeping me up. I bought some tums today but it's still going ham. I remember last time I went to doctor and he told me I had protein in my urine. I figured it was some leftover nut but I think I may have to go back now........I had a protein shake before going to bed and then woke up and ate cereal. Maybe that has something to with it. But this shyt has to go!! To top it off, I went into a drug screening today and it was going insane! The room was quiet as hell too. Like nothing....all you could hear was my stomach and some random paper shuffling....it was embarrassing.

Get some psylium husk from gnc to help coat your stomach and intestines from irritation, and to help you shyt. If that doesn't work go to your doctor because it may be a bacteria overgrowth which can cause BIG PROBLEMS if you don't fix it. This one is perfect because it mixes well.
