Im thinking about opening one of them by renting commercial properties of low cost my main ideas are to open a
a convenience store or restaurant or cornerstone maybe combine both by selling sandwiches in the store . The place that caught my eye is 1200 a month measuring at 900 sqft its in the middle of three buildings six storey high each and alot of houses around the building. Any advice is welcome if you guys got any better ideas for the spot let me know . Thanks

been living in that area for sometime now about 14 years the building is low income and then you have townhouse (units of houses like 200 of them ) directly around then around that you got single houses five min from the airport drive

How about a honey stand? A stand where you sell honey, for example, wild flower honey, or raw honey, or organic honey, or local honey etcetera.
