What Conway material in the last 2 years makes you think that he's going to drop a better then the Clipse album?
From King To A God & God Don't Make Mistakes are better plus his mixtapes but that's just my opinion

Both albums are from 5 years ago & 3 years ago.
His last album had some good stuff on it but I feel like Conway has reached his limit, same with Benny.
I’d liked be proven wrong but nothing in the last 2 years shows me that Conway is going to drop a better album then Clipse, rapping wise or music wise.
Conway's last solo project of any sort was 15 months ago. I feel like this isn't a filler one. I hope.My problem with Griselda now is I never know which albums are the main album and which albums they are doing as throwaways to get out of some bullshyt contract or just to litter it with bums and throwaway tracks.
Can’t wait

Oops! We ran into some problems. No lie when I first heard this track I must have ran it back 20 times at least![]()
Eh, with a shytty title like this, I would say it's a throwaway to the real meat and potatoes. My problem with Griselda now is I never know which albums are the main album and which albums they are doing as throwaways to get out of some bullshyt contract or just to litter it with bums and throwaway tracks.
People post The Cow in every upcoming Conway album thread, then the new album is 90% super thug raps with 1-2 generic introspective songs. He never reached his potential and like all of these guys he badly needs an exec producer telling him yes/no/focus on this/etc.
I think the only thing Machine needs work on, is not bringing in generic production.
Nobody in the game is outrapping Conway. He's still the nicest at this sh*t, to me. If he stuck with just Griselda-like production and kept it soulful with that, his projects would be untouchable. Even his random side projects like Palermo were dope to me. All of the EIF joints were dope too. His albums can be a little all over the place, but I think that's the only knock on his catalogue. He's still one of my current favorites though.
I've fallen out of interest with all the Griselda guys honestly. Just the same stuff lyrically over and over. But Conway is def the best of them, and I did like some of God Don't Make Mistakes. I agree production is an issue. Sometimes you get the impression he wants to make Ross-type records and that's not his lane. Other times the beats are too derivative. Like at one point it felt like every Griselda album had a Beat Butcha track with him rapidly rolling his entire hand across a piano board and putting slow snares under it (because the label wasn't clearing samples lol).
Another issue...he's a terrible hook writer.
Really?
I'm still on the Griselda wave. HAHA! I'm just into beats and rhymes. And since the early days, they've dropped so much sh*t, I can listen forever and get the kinda music I like listening to. I haven't really f*cked with a lot of Benny's sh*t since TT4, but I still throw on my Griselda joints a lot.
Those Beat Butcha joints can sound a little repetive, but I like those too, lol.
