Mannie fresh used that synth sound on in my life with juvenile but he tweaked the pitch/sound..

That's def a synth string hit..

Synth String hit and it's not mono. There's 2 notes in those hits and it doesn't sound like a 2nd detuned oscillator. Also what sounds like a hall reverb and clock sync'd digital delay on it.
