First One that comes to mind, is Ruby Rod from The 5th Element, throughout time there have always been over the top flamboyant personalities David Bowie, Prince, Rick James, Michael Jackson this was a fictional futuristic character that chris tucker made all his own, which is pretty interesting since before this role he was mainly known for being Smokey -


Gigolo Joe from AI again he was a futuristic persona, That was cool and he got all the women he made you want to be a futurisitic manwhore -

Mads Mikkelson as the quiet samurai dude from king arthur -

Bud from Kill Bill Vol. 2, reminded me of Funboy from the comic book version of The Crow, went from rocking 3 piece suites to living in a trailer working for a titty bar, He was so damn Pathetic but got the closest to killing the bride in Kill Bill

but here's my vote even though he's a major character he's not the main

Rock Lee. After the timeskip though they pretty much put him on Krillin status which kinda makes me mad.
