Whiteside is likely out for the rest of the series too. Raptors still have Biyombo - who exactly do the Heat have to replace Hassan?

I'm thinking we see a total small ball series where the Heat pushes the pace, plays Amare and Josh Mcbob more.

I thought the Raps were a better team but this is going to be interesting.

Ain't nobody worried about Biyombo :rudy:

It's a backcourt battle now :blessed:
Biyombo is one of the best rim protectors in the league. I take it you didn't see how well the Raptors performed during the season when Val was out injured? They went 16-6 with Biyombo starting and had a superior DRTG. Who's gonna be protecting the rim for y'all?

NBA will have there way and give Byombo early foul trouble and make it a backcourt game which the Heat will win.

Quote me when this happens.

We've already been struggling to get buckets. I was more concerned with the easy buckets and hustle plays JV was getting. I'll take Biyombo starting over that :yeshrug:

I always disagree with your opinions but you nailed it about the raptors. Even with Lowry being a human Pylon they were 1-1 with the heat and beat the pacers

Now that he seems to be in playoff mode it looked like the heat had no chance in the 4th. If your raptor predictions were based on JV not getting hurt and Lowry + Derozan being as good in the season and nothing else, they were totally logical especially giving cleveland problems.

Damn... just when the Raps were silencing doubters yet again.

I still think we win this series. It really depends on if Lowry's game 3 was an anomaly or not.

Man I'm surprised they announced JV to be out for the rest of the series already. It honestly didn't look that bad as he didn't land on it, and I was sure he'll be back game 4.

It's all on Biz now to step up, he's had a tough series so far. He's gotta do what he does best, be a rim protector, bang the boards, and hustle. Also have to contribute offensively especially coming off the PnR.

I hope to god we don't see Scola again in the playoffs. Casey needs to give Thompson some burn and JJ. Even Bebe is a better option than Scola. PLEASE NO MORE SCOLA.

The 6
Thompson and even Bebe are better options in this series than Scola. Raps can still win this series.

It's not worth risking JV's health at this point in the franchise's development.
