He's a number 1 pick who has been hyped for at least 2 years. Doesn't he have to be a "superstar" for him not to be a "bust"?

Zion was hyped up more than he was, and he since hasn't turned into a superstar. That doesn't mean he's a bust. He just failed to live up to expectations.

There is middle ground between being a superstar and a bust. It's not one or the other.
