All of these incidents are overwhelming proof that aside from police being prejudiced against black men that uniformed police officers are some of the most poorly trained civil servants in the country. There need to be some federal guidelines that make becoming a cop a more difficult process than what it is currently. Maybe weed out some of the trigger happy maniacs that are running around with guns and licenses to kill.
