Not a battle I would have on the side of the road as a black man. Once I state it’s my right and he says that bullshyt that it’s not and he is “Ordering” me to not record I would put the phone face down so it’s still audio recording and file a suit later

You can’t have it interfering with the situation. That’s why they can’t do shyt if it’s just recording or if someone else is recording. Get hit with a obstructing Justice and or disorderly conduct/failure to obey
I’ve been in both situations, recording and/or not, and if I do record I have to be ready to prove my innocence or go to jail. Bc I’m not recording over no damn ticket.
