He got off? Ok people this should tell you that these pigs can get away with damn near anything. BE VERY CAREFUL around these fukks, because they can really be looking for a reason to draw on a nikka.

We already know that. That's why we don't act reckless with the cops. :mjpls:

An update:

http://www.nydailynews.com/news/nat...udent-cameron-redus-moments-article-1.2165081

The last moments of 23-year-old Texas student Cameron Redus' life were filled with screaming and his voiced fears that he was about to be shot by a campus cop who went on to fire six rounds at him.

Redus, who attended the Roman Catholic University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, is clearly heard saying, "You're going to (expletive) shoot me?"

The audio, released Friday by the Alamo Heights Police Department, spans more than 13 minutes.

Cpl. Chris Carter, who resigned from the university's police force after killing Redus, is heard repeatedly shouting at the young man to stop resisting and to put his hands behind his back, according to KENS-TV.

The station bleeped out a series of curse words and the sound of six shots being fired.

The student, who had been drinking, was pulled over by Carter in December 2013, allegedly for driving erratically.

Earlier this week, a Bexar County grand jury declined to indict Carter for killing Redus.

The officer's front-facing dash cam was not working, so there is no video of the encounter, authorities said. A second camera, facing the rear of Carter's patrol car, shows only an empty back seat.

The encounter begins with Carter saying "Stay right there. Stay right there. Stay right there."

Redus had gotten out of his truck after being pulled over. "All right, fine," he replies.

Carter: "Stay right there, put your hands on the hood."

Redus: "That's fine."

Carter: "Put your hands on the hood."

Carter then gives his location to a police dispatcher, but gets the address wrong. San Antonio cops are delayed several minutes by the bad information, according to the station.

The sounds of a physical struggle can be heard, as well as Redus saying he feared he was going to be sexually assaulted.

"Dude, you're scaring me," Redus says early on. "Put your hands behind your back!" Carter shouts.

Redus' family has been trying for more than a year to get the tapes released. They say he was not an aggressive person and that his killing was needless.

Towards the end of the encounter, Carter continuously shouts at Redus to "stop resisting."

"Stop. Stop. Or I will shoot. Stop," he yells.

Redus: You're going to (expletive) shoot me? For trying to make you not choke me right now?"

Carter yells "stop" more than a dozen times, in quick succession, then twice shouts "get back" before firing six shots at close range.

An autopsy showed Redus had been shot in the chest, the back, the eye, the elbow and the hip.

Carter told investigators that Redus was combative. Campus police said Redus had tried to attack Carter with the officer's baton.
