He has a precedent already that says he can wack the guy no. Problem. He doesn't even have to pretend to feel threatened since video evidence means nothing anymore. Say he had "reasonable suspicion" and let off every round in his gun. Then set up a defense fund in which he amasses a hundred grand or so, and eat good.
