What'sthe story behind this sounds like she might be injured and in pain.
Well, the threat to spray her is off the fukking chain. They need to stop that.However, she was hit by a car and isn't old enough to refuse paramedic assistance. Shes a kid so naturally she isn't coping with the heavy-handed approach well.
She said she had ADHD or something. fukked up situation that needs a more delicate approach, but its far from the worst shyt ever.
AlSo if she was hit by a car, wouldn't this exacerbate any internal injuries she might have?

Exactly. I guess they responded to her saying "No thanks, im fine" with arresting her. Obviously as a kid that shyt wouldn't go over well. The whole thing is a mess.
