Yes. Police need better training when dealing with people with mental illness and mental disorders which unfortunately a lot of Americans, include many Black people have. Unfortunately we are living in a police state and too many people are fighting over class and race. Take that kid who was tasered to the point of near death during a traffic stop. Ironically his father is a retired cop so probably the only reason it made a little buzz.

She ran a red light, hitting a motorist with her bike, she refused medical help and not some head trauma victim the media is painting this ass and she was trying to flee the scene. Doesn't help that she had weed in her backpack and refused to cooperate with the police who spoke to her calmly so they could contact her parents. Had she just cooperated with the officers (such as the man on the bodycam footage starting at 14:00). Answered some questions, not been cuffed, or searched, peppered sprayed could have went home in peace and smoked her trees and continued posting in the Coli.

Police handled. I would have slammed her screaming, yellow, entitled ass skull first onto the concrete. Feel sorry for brehs who have to interact with the public. Tariq and her family should be ashamed.
