My question is, did said Accused drive himself to the hospital? Or was someone on his team behind the wheel? If he were the only person in the vehicle so be it. If not, then that blame should fall on the others shoulders. You dont travel too far with a weapon that was allegedly utilized in commiting a felony. YOU DITCH THAT shyt ASAP!
