When I first started driving my dad gave me like 5 that his cop buddies had passed on to him. Doesn't mean that shyt is going to work 100% of the time. Sometimes you have to name the cop who gave it to you and the precinct they're from. But this shyt is as old as time.

i got a badge that my aunt gave me.
shyt got me out of a couple of situations.

one time i got stopped in coney island for an open container.
when i opened my wallet the cop said "wait, what's that badge?"

told him my aunt was a cop in another city.
he asked what precinct but i didn't know.
he called the station and then told me to take the drink back inside.

got out of a ticket while driving once as well.

I got one like 16 years ago in NH because they dragged me down to the station, from my appartment, because someone was using my name and birthday in a couple of check cashing scams. I had a qtr of perico in my bedroom, and was scared shytless that they were gonna search my house. I had to stand in a lineup and everything. It was fukking bullshyt. When the cop dropped me off back at my apartment, he gave me his card and said I could use it 1 time only. Fortunately, I never had to, but it was cool to have it.
