No.... The black guy pulled the driver out of the car mad rough... he didnt get out the car he was yanked out...
Granted the white dude looked like he was about to boss up on black cop but he got him with that vader choke hold... From what I read he got suspended with pay. Its actually a good thing this was recorded because the article says he dragged the IA out the car but the vid shows the IA guy came out and thats when things got physical.
